Terms and Conditions

The Advertiser agrees: Advertising and listings must be paid when the order is placed unless prior arrangements have been made with the Publisher or Advertising Manager.

Cancellation:

Any alterations or cancellations must be notified in writing to the Publisher, or the Advertising Manager, 14 days before the Advertised Booking Deadline. Any cancellation received after the cancellation deadline will be charged at the full fee OR the publisher reserves the right to repeat any previous advertisement of the same size from the advertiser.

Non-receipt of material:

We have an obligation to you and others to deliver the Directory on time and therefore material MUST be received by the close of business on the material deadline. If not, for current advertisers, existing material will be run, and for new advertisers a filler advertisement will be run.

Indemnity:

The Publisher accepts no responsibility for typesetting/artwork done by a third-party on behalf of the advertiser. If the Publisher designs or amends advertiser material, a proof of the finished artwork will be made available for approval before printing. Once the deadline is reached for artwork the advertiser is responsible for all changes made by them-selves or the Publisher. The Publisher reserves the right to cancel any material deemed inappropriate. The Publisher reserves the right to destroy any material unclaimed after three months. The Publisher is not responsible for variations, alterations or changes with or without the advertisers consent. The Publisher may place advertisements and listings in categories and pages at its discretion.

Promotion:

The advertiser agrees for the Publisher to use any comments made by the advertiser about/or its services for the Publisher’s own promotional services. No representation is made in relation to the on-going nature of the directory or website.
